While Apple will hold an event of some sorts on March 7th, there are rumors that the iPad 3 will appear at the event. The event will be held in San Francisco at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts Theater which is next door to the place that GDC is held. While it’s not confirmed that the iPad 3 WILL be there, people are holding high expectations for its reveal there. I say don’t keep your hopes up, it could be a repeat of last year when Apple held an event during the summer and rumors ran rapid that it was going to be the reveal of the iPhone 5…well it ended up being the iPhone 4S. However, there might be an iPad 3 reveal at the event due to some clues. The invites that outlets got shows a picture of an iPad with the caption: “We have something you really have to see. And touch.”. So cross your fingers Apple die-hards, this could be your day!
