It’s been a very long two years since EA Sports were to rebrand the Live series into Elite. After everyone played the NBA Elite demo and saw how bad the product was, the game was cancelled some time after. Ever since the cancellation, the 2K series has taken over and has been the most dominant unopposed force in video game basketball. That is until today, a tweet posted by the official EA Sports twitter that reads “@CavsJoeG: At @EASPORTS with @kyrieirving, here getting his first taste of the new #NBALIVE13! @EASPORTSNBA. #CLEASW twitpic.com/8npvzc”. Yes, you see Point Guard Kyrie Irving and another person sitting down with controllers in their hands “playing” NBA Live 13, but we wont REALLY know for sure until EA Sports officially announced the game, which we expect to be at E3. So, to sum this all up, EA went through their own lockout and now its back to basketball.
