I’m sure you remember 5 years ago when that show called “Fear Factor” was on and everybody was getting grossed out by it. I do, that show was the ultimate dare to your friends back then, all of the challenges they had. It really set the bar for reality tv, what other show you know made you cringe and question the contestants psyche on the show. Well, get ready for a possibly toned down return to your TV screen as NBC is bringing the show back. The decision was made after seeing how well the show’s ratings were doing during re-runs and how popular the show was. Like I mentioned, this show might be toned down a bit, during its first run, it ran into some issues with animal rights people. It’s sad that we’re in the age of technology, but our minds and hearts have taken a step back. TV pre-Janets tit slip, was great, not too many shows were worried about the negatives of producing edgy tv. Now, you do one thing that is deemed “too hot for tv” and your show is canceled or goes down the tubes afterwards. No timeline on when Fear Factor will return to NBC but the bigger question is if Joe Rogan will have time to fill the role of host one more time.
