If you haven’t heard of Ouya, then you need to drop your inner circle of gaming friends. I’ll let you know though, Ouya is a new gaming console that will be powered by Android. It was started on Kick Starter to provide a gaming system that plays games from all platforms. So far the gaming console has the support from OnLive and they just signed a deal with XBMC to provide a media player for the small system. So far the company behind Ouya has raised nearly $7 Million to create this system. On top of that, they have also partnered with TuneIn to provide a free service that lets people listen to music, sports and news. The images below show off a small compact console and a very sleek controller, both which look great and I can’t wait to hopefully get one of these one day.
